COVID-19 Booster Shots
If you received Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech
You are eligible for a booster if you are:
- 65 years or older
- Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings
- Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions
- Age 18+ who work or live in high-risk settings
When to get a booster:
At least 6 months after your second shot

Moderna COVID-19 vaccine
Hawthorne Pharmacy is offering the Moderna 2-dose series COVID-19 vaccine to anyone who is 18 years old or older. We are also offering 2nd doses to anyone who has received their first Moderna shot at another vaccination site and is eligible for their second shot.
