Monday through Friday: 9 a.m. to. 6 p.m.
Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Job Summary
The Incontinence Waiver Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the Medicaid incontinence supply waiver program. This role ensures timely and accurate order processing, communication with clients and agencies, coordination of shipments and deliveries, and completion of required documentation to support ongoing eligibility and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check waiver portals daily for new authorizations, changes, or updates.
- Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and messages from clients, caregivers, and agency contacts.
- Update and maintain order templates for clients based on their approved products and needs.
- Coordinate monthly drop shipments with vendors.
- Work closely with the delivery department to arrange local deliveries efficiently.
- Obtain and maintain annual certification forms and documentation for clients to ensure continued program eligibility.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to Medicaid agencies.
- Keep all client files, records, and authorizations up to date and audit-ready.
- Communicate regularly with the billing department to resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with customer service and delivery teams to troubleshoot any delivery or product issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Medicaid billing, healthcare waivers, or medical supply coordination is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers, online portals, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with occasional interaction with warehouse/delivery staff.
